Dates, pagination, CSV, and template variables
Phone numbers & providers
Ethio Telecom (+2519..., 09..., 9...) and Safaricom (+2517..., 07..., 7...) numbers format-normalize automatically to canonical E.164. Provider networks are strictly isolated. Ethio Telecom is fully supported live.
Dates & time
ISO 8601 for schedules. YYYY-MM-DD for report/contact filters. Analytics ranges max 366 days. Responses use UTC.
Pagination
Messages: up to 100. Contacts: up to 500. Bulk recipients: page + pageSize (≤ 100).
CSV
Imports use multipart/form-data (10 MB / 50k rows). Exports return text/csv.
Templates
Use placeholders like {{FIRST_NAME}}. Variables are discovered on create/update.
